The SHE Ambassadors is a leadership and mentorship initiative created to equip, encourage, and empower young women to discover their voice, strengthen their character, grow in faith, and confidently pursue their purpose.

The SHE Ambassadors was created to help young women discover the strength of their own voice, embrace who God created them to be, and walk confidently in purpose. Inspired by the message of She Said Nothing, this initiative reminds every young woman that her story matters, her voice has value, and her future is filled with possibility. We believe leadership begins long before a title. It begins with character, faith, service, courage, and the willingness to become everything God created you to be.

SHE Ambassadors is designed for young women who are at a stage of development where they can actively participate in leadership, mentorship, service, faith development, and personal growth experiences.

While there is no specific age requirement, nominees should demonstrate the maturity and readiness to engage meaningfully in the program’s activities and opportunities.

Do you know a future SHE Ambassador?

If you know a young woman who demonstrates character, leadership potential, kindness, and a desire to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

The SHE Ambassadors is not simply another leadership program—it is an invitation to become part of a community committed to faith, service, mentorship, and purpose.

We are looking for young women with character, potential, compassion and a desire to grow. She doesn't have to have everything figured out. She simply needs the opportunity—and the willingness—to become.

The SHE Ambassadors is a leadership and mentorship initiative created to equip, encourage, and empower young women to discover their voice, strengthen their character, grow in faith, serve their communities, and confidently pursue their purpose.

A young woman may be nominated by someone who recognizes her potential—or she may choose to nominate herself. Sometimes finding your voice begins with having the courage to raise your own hand.

Nomination does not guarantee selection. Each nomination will be thoughtfully reviewed based on character, leadership potential, willingness to grow, and alignment with the mission and values of SHE Ambassadors.
